Tim has taught at Pensacola Catholic High School for over 10 years and currently serves as the Department Chair. You all know and love his great sense of humor and his ability to produce Cheetos at any given meeting, but did you know that he's also led the way in developing materials and methods to go textbook-less in his classroom? Tim will share his strategies, the challenges he faced, and his favorite tips and tricks for kicking the textbook habit in your classroom.

Kevin Kneisley is Oxford Public School’s Technology Information Specialist. He moved to Oxford, Kansas from Athens, Georgia where he taught broadcast journalism for two years. With 17 years teaching experience, he has also become an Apple Certified Macintosh Technician. In 2007 he joined an elite group of teachers across the country, as an Apple Distinguished Educator. Additionally, in 2005, he was the first high school teacher in the nation selected as a National Association of Television Program Executives (NAPTE) Faculty Fellow. He has served as the national broadcast liaison for the Journalism Educational Association and has taught at the Carolina Journalism Institute and the Southern Interscholastic Press Association at the University of South Carolina. He has presented at various national conferences and taught workshops across the nation. Kneisley has created his third Apple Authorized Training Center in Oxford, Kansas. He is an Apple Certified Trainer, instructing individuals and corporations from all over the world to edit with and use Final Cut Studio, Final Cut Express HD, iWork and iLife programs, DVD Studio Pro and Motion. He is currently involved in planning curriculum and assisting on utilizing cell phones in the public high school classroom.

Christopher M Brown is the District Technology Coordinator for Avoca School District 37 and the Technology Facilitator for Marie Murphy School in Wilmette, Illinois. Among many responsibilities, he coordinates their 1:1 laptop initiative, integrates technology into the school curriculum in all disciplines, teaches staff development classes throughout the district, and is the chairperson for the district professional development committee.Recently, Chris was named an Apple Distinguished Educator by Apple Inc. and was selected by the National School Boards Association as a "20 to Watch" educator. Under his leadership, the Avoca School District was named “Technology Salute District” by the National School Boards Association for 2008. More info

Mathew Needleman, Apple Distinguished Educator, has been integrating video in the elementary classroom for over a decade. He has specialized in working with English Language Learners and mainstreamed special education students in low-income schools. Mathew’s classroom movies have won numerous awards and he maintains an independent film career. Mathew has provided professional development for Los Angeles Unified School District, the Los Angeles County Office of Education, Antioch University and at national and local educational conferences.
